Dental IT CyberSmart

Practical cybersecurity training for dental teams.

CyberSmart helps dental staff recognize everyday security risks, build safer habits, and document verified participation without turning training into a marketing requirement.

Designed for dental teams

English + Spanish experience

  • Staff-facing training and registration can be presented in English or Spanish.
  • Display language is separate from an individual's communication preference.
  • Workshop participation never grants marketing consent automatically.

What teams take away

Security awareness that fits real dental workflows.

Recognize common threats

Help staff recognize phishing, suspicious login prompts, unsafe links, credential theft, and other everyday security risks.

Protect access

Reinforce safer password, authentication, workstation, and account-access habits in a dental-practice setting.

Build team habits

Turn security concepts into repeatable team behaviors that fit front desk, clinical, administrative, and leadership workflows.

Document participation

Verified completion can produce a private participation record after workshop attendance and all five chapter knowledge checks are completed.

How it works

A clear path from request to verified participation.

01

Practice requests a workshop

A coordinator tells us about the practice, approximate team size, preferred language, and scheduling needs.

02

We prepare the session

Dental IT confirms workshop logistics and prepares the approved material and registration experience for that session.

03

Staff participate

Participants move through M0–M6 and complete one approved knowledge check at the end of each assessed chapter from M1 through M5.

04

Completion is recorded

Completion is recorded when workshop attendance is verified and all five assessed chapter checks have been completed correctly.

Education first

The workshop exists to improve staff security awareness—not to turn employees into sales prospects.

Registration is not completion

A registration only records enrollment. Workshop attendance, the M1–M5 knowledge checks, and completion remain separate states.

No review gate

Resources and participation documentation are never withheld because someone declines to leave a review.
